Brittany Brandt has been a practicing yogi for 15 years with a passion for travel, meditation, yoga, community and the culinary delights that abound!

Originally from Atlanta, she has lived in the Lowcountry for 30 years and attended Johnson and Wales Culinary Institute. Afterwards traveling and living in Germany, California and Upstate New York . She’s here with us on Thursday mornings from 9:30-10:30 to inspire balance and energy through Vinyasa FLOW in our studio.

Cleansing

Both physically and energetically cleaned, each crystal is washed with a sage and palo santo infused soap. During this process, the energy is also cleansed using reiki and other energy work.

Clearing

After they are washed, each crystal is cleared in turn with smoke from sage and palo santo. From here, a second round of energy work is applied.

Charging

We use sunlight, moonlight, sound, and selenite to get each crystal baby charged and ready for its new home.
