Before Summer Slips Away | Somatic Workshop
Thoughtfully chosen for everyday ritual.
Designed to be worn, lived with, and returned to.
An evening of slowing down before life speeds back up.
Summer has a way of slipping through our fingers.
We spend months planning vacations, making memories with our families, and trying to soak up every bit of sunshine—only to realize how quickly the season has passed.
Before schedules fill, routines fully return, and another season quietly arrives, we invite you to pause.
This intimate workshop, led my Meg Chapman J blends gentle yoga, somatic movement, guided reflection, breathwork, and journaling to help you reconnect with your body while savoring the final lingering moments of summer.
Together, we'll practice noticing.
The warmth of the season.
The rhythm of your breath.
The wisdom of your body.
The beauty that's still here.
You don't need to be flexible, experienced, or "good at yoga." This is not about perfect poses or pushing your limits. It's about creating space to soften, listen, and remember that presence is something we practice.
As the evening comes to a close, you'll receive a small seashell to take home—a simple reminder to keep noticing long after summer has faded.
