SOUND BATH MEDITATION
Beginner to All-Levels Flow- perfect for Beginner's or introducing yourself back to yoga.
This flow is intended to be gentle & stress relieving with aromatherapy to unwind at the end of the day. We will gradually relax the body in this hour long class. Giving your body a nice release, letting go of stress, working on flexibility and posture... hitting those sweet spots that hold tension in the body.
Minimal props required. Please bring your own mat and blocks, there will be props to support yourself for a sweet Savasana at the end. I invite you to bring your own eye masks, or additional props that make you feel good and supported.
Due to Covid, there will be limited assists in effort to have less contact, but I will guide you through each pose and talk you through alignment and posture!
